branch in Nedderfeld, we are looking for a


Service Assistant (/m/w/d)
As a dynamically growing company, the continuous development and qualification of our staff is always our top priority.


We are looking for:

Your tasks:


  • You are the communicative center of the car dealership and the first point of contact for our customers, giving our dealership a "voice and face"
  • Telephone and personal appointment scheduling for our workshop
  • Preparation of workshop orders according to schedule
  • Monitoring of workshop progress and regular reporting to the service management
  • Reception of customers at the branch and personal/telephone handover of customers to the respective contact persons
  • Preparation of customer letters and participation in customer promotions
  • Cash management
  • Administrative tasks to support various departments of the branch

Your qualities:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a car dealership
  • Several years of commercial work experience, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Very good IT user skills
  • Organizational talent with a conscientious, careful, and independent way of working
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Confident demeanor and team spirit
  • High commitment and willingness to work flexible hours
