Part-Time 4 hour per day (20 hour per week)

Onsite in Mclean, VA

Login Time 8 AM EST (Everyday)

Responsibilities:


  • Manage inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Track the lifecycle of laptops, ensuring timely replacements and upgrades.
  • Manage invoices and billing related to IT procurement activities.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an IT Procurement Analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Job Types:
Part-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • IT procurement: 2 years (required)
  • Inventory management: 2 years (required)
