Currently, we employ over 500 employees at our four locations in and around Hannover for the Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands.

We are looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our Podbi location as soon as possible. Your responsibilities include being the interface between customers and our dealership in daily customer contact. You demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and service quality.

As a Service Advisor (m/f/d), you assess the defects/damages expressed by the customer and advise them on the type, scope, and cost of repair.

Your tasks also include creating the work order through proper diagnosis and quality control.
