Description

The Fountain Trust Company, a $679 million-dollar community bank with 16 locations in west-central Indiana, is searching for a motivated professional to join our Loan team.

This is a full-time position located at our branch in Covington, IN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Call on new and existing customers
Evaluate needs of potential customers
Underwrite and analyze potential business
Build productive, longlasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Attend meetings, sales events and training
Maintain and expand client base
Report and provide feedback to management

Skills Required:

Proven sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Selfmotivated, driven and efficient
Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure to meet certain deadlines
Ability to provide excellent customer service

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required. Related banking or sales experience may also be accepted.
Compensation will vary depending on education and sales experience.
