  • UND NOTARFACHANGESTELLTE / RECHTSANWALTSANGESTELLTE (M/W/D) for our location in Berlin.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project-related administrative tasks in a collaborative work environment
  • Preparation of notarizations, contracts, and powers of attorney in coordination with external law firms and notaries
  • Personal contact with lawyers and notaries from prestigious law firms
  • General secretarial work, independent correspondence, and communication with courts and authorities
  • Preparation of contracts for the establishment of corporate structures and the implementation of liquidation procedures What we are looking for:
