What to expect?

  • You will support in the planning and construction law procurement for high-quality development projects in southern Germany
  • You will participate in the creation of profitability calculations and the development of decision templates
  • You will assist in budget planning and management
  • You will conduct research activities for ongoing project developments
  • You will develop market and location analyses and prepare reports
  • You will participate in the organization and implementation of refurbishment and ESG measures in the residential portfolio

What should you bring?

  • Studies in architecture, engineering or real estate management, real estate economics, business administration, economics or similar (from the 3rd semester)
  • First practical experience in the real estate sector is a requirement
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Your strengths include a high level of accuracy, reliability and responsibility
  • You enjoy working in a team, have a structured way of working and approach tasks with a lot of commitment and initiative
