Team Leader (m/f/d) Bridge Construction in Schlater, MS

We are looking for an experienced team leader (m/f/d) in bridge construction to join our team at our locations in Kempten, Konstanz, Munich, Stuttgart, or Neusäß near Augsburg.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead your team with a focus on the goals of the department and the company, and coordinate the projectspecific assignments of project managers.
  • You will be available to employees as a knowledgeable and respected advisor and decisionmaker.
  • You will manage selected clients and take on the role of project manager for projects that you have identified as particularly important.
  • You will support your team members in their professional and personal development.
  • You will acquire planning contracts for your team and participate in crossteam acquisition efforts.
  • You will monitor project control for your unit and be responsible for the overall technical, financial, and scheduling success of bridge construction projects.
  • You will provide input for the development of your business area.
