Process Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on quality
Location: Schwerte
"Discover what you're made of" We are looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on quality for our client in Schwerte. This is a long-term position in the industry.
The main responsibilities of this job include:
- Monitoring production processes to ensure they run efficiently and without errors
- Developing and implementing internal quality standards according to ISO 9001
- Conducting quality control procedures, especially at interfaces
- Preparing reports and recommendations for management to solve problems and improve quality
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure all processes are aligned and customer expectations are met
- Developing and implementing training programs for employees to ensure they understand and apply quality control procedures
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in engineering or technician with proven long-term experience in process
