Winter Gardens is currently seeking a Team Leader for HLS (Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitation) in Munich.

Our client is a general contractor in the field of timber construction, developing, planning, and constructing buildings using a hybrid timber construction method.

With multiple locations in Germany, they support their clients from planning to turnkey handover of buildings with a focus on sustainable construction.

Due to their strategic growth, our client is looking for a Team Leader for HLS to join their team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the HLS department, expanding and developing the department, project controlling for quality, deadlines, and costs, as well as creating offers and managing changes.

You will also be the main point of contact for technical issues for clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed education as a technician, master, or bachelor in the field of building services or a similar field.

You should also have extensive experience in project management and knowledge of VOB/B. Your ability to work independently, conceptually, and across trades will round out your profile.
