Your career with us

Duration of apprenticeship: 4.5 years

You will complete an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and:

  • learn basic knowledge of metalworking and electrical engineering
  • assemble individual parts and assemblies according to technical drawings
  • install pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components

The Automation Technology and Robotics degree program takes place at the Coburg University of Applied Sciences. Content includes, among others:

  • Programming, planning and designing of electronic circuits
  • Mathematics
  • Computer science

  • The general or specialized university entrance qualification is required
