We are currently seeking a

*Customer Service Representative for Lubricants (m/f/d), Full-time**Your Responsibilities

Active customer support and telephone sales, as well as comprehensive technical advice on the use and application of our products (especially Lubes Automotive and Industrial products)
Independent calculation and preparation of offers for mineral oil dealers
Management of complex and strategic accounts in the large customer segment
Computer-assisted order processing
Creation of customer-specific price lists in cooperation with the Lubes sales coordination
Maintenance of contracts and prices, as well as creation of new customers in the ERP system
Independent reactivation and acquisition of mineral oil dealers
Ensuring economically viable credit and insurance applications
Monitoring of claims and conducting telephone reminders with mineral oil dealers
Collecting regional market information for analysis of competitive behavior and as a basis for pricing
Processing of customer complaints
Visiting selected customers with the field sales team

*Your Profile

Successfully completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented environment, as well as experience in telephone sales
Technical understanding of application cases,
