We are currently seeking a

*Customer Service Representative for Lubricants (m/f/d), Full-time**Your Responsibilities
  • Active customer support and telephone sales, as well as comprehensive technical advice on the use and application of our products (especially Lubes Automotive and Industrial products)
  • Independent calculation and preparation of offers for mineral oil dealers
  • Management of complex and strategic accounts in the large customer segment
  • Computer-assisted order processing
  • Creation of customer-specific price lists in cooperation with the Lubes sales coordination
  • Maintenance of contracts and prices, as well as creation of new customers in the ERP system
  • Independent reactivation and acquisition of mineral oil dealers
  • Ensuring economically viable credit and insurance applications
  • Monitoring of claims and conducting telephone reminders with mineral oil dealers
  • Collecting regional market information for analysis of competitive behavior and as a basis for pricing
  • Processing of customer complaints
  • Visiting selected customers with the field sales team
*Your Profile
  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented environment, as well as experience in telephone sales
  • Technical understanding of application cases,
