Your responsibilities

Management and coordination of the finance and accounting team
Taking responsibility for proper accounting of multiple companies, preparation of financial statements (HGB)
Process optimization in the areas of accounting/finance and taxes, digitalization
Communication with external parties (tax consultants, auditors, tax office)
Collaboration with controlling, project work
Motivation, support, and development of your team
Support for targeted development of the ERP system
