Our client is the leading wholesaler and retailer in the textile industry in Germany, with over 4,000 stores in Europe.

In the European headquarters, more than 850 colleagues ensure that everything runs smoothly.


As part of the team expansion, we are currently looking for a Trainee Supply Chain (m/f/d) to join us in Allison Park, PA.


Responsibilities

  • Training in all areas of supply chain management and relevant interfaces
  • Familiarization with the stores and comprehensive practical phase in the central warehouse
  • Support in the daytoday operations along the supply chain
  • Collaboration in optimizing and further developing methods, tools, and processes
  • Independent management of projects in the supply chain department
  • Creation of adhoc analyses and standard reports
  • Possible international assignments

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of work experience
  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or purchasing alternatively, commercial training with relevant further education
  • First relevant practical experience during studies ideally through internships in the supply chain field
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills, problemsolving abilities
  • Very good German and fluent English skills
  • Affinity for numbers
