Your tasks

Start your 3-year apprenticeship with us in August 2024 in Kallinchen and learn all company-relevant processes from a business perspective. The focus of the apprenticeship will be on commercial management. There, you will gain insights into the comprehensive commercial support for our national and international project companies.

During the apprenticeship, you will also visit other departments such as accounting, human resources, sales, and controlling, as well as our secretariat.

Your tasks will include supporting the teams in daily operations and order processing, planning and organizing work processes and events, and analyzing key figures and statistics. You will also have the opportunity to work on your own smaller projects and take on responsibility.

The theoretical foundations will be taught to you at the Oberstufenzentrum II in Potsdam.

Your profile

You have a good (technical) high school diploma
Good understanding of mathematical and logical relationships
You also see your strengths in your good written and oral expression
You are a team player, but also enjoy working independently and are always responsible
You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new programs and systems
