Do you enjoy sharing information while considering our technical and procedural requirements? Are you comfortable working with system landscapes? Then the dual study program in Business Informatics is just right for you.

Your new tasks include creating the technical and procedural requirements to organize communication and information sharing for the Flensburg City Utilities.

You will use various software systems and analyze processes that have cross-departmental impacts. You will also handle orders and monitor customer and sales figures. Additionally, you will develop concepts for integrating customer needs and legal requirements into the system landscape. You will learn the fundamentals of business administration and familiarize yourself with the tools of an IT specialist.

You will also ensure the user-friendliness of our applications and optimize existing PC programs or develop new software solutions as needed.

Step by step, you will become the go-to person for system integration, databases, data processing, and programming.

We are looking for someone who is independent, organized, and analytical, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional information:

Examination for Digitalization Management Specialist at the end of the training
Acquisition of various additional certificates, such as project manager, Cisco, Linux, Six-Sigma, VM-Ware
Training duration: 3 years (6 semesters)
Training cycle: every other year
