As a n Expert Application Engineer, you'll partner with product designers and user experience experts to create the ultimate experience for our customer's on discover.

By understanding our users and the interconnected network within Discover, you'll develop a delightful user experience. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

You are a full stack developer and have the technical depth on various modern technologies and tools. If you have designed systems at scale and developed SW solutions with built-in quality, have a passion for flexing your tech skills in solving complex problems and are skilled at developing engineering talent, then apply today

Competent in multiple contexts, including programming languages, security, automation, testing, and business domains and is the go-to person for many people (inside and outside of their team)
~ Drives strategic technology decisions based on collaboration with a board field of experts inside and outside of Discover.
~ Recognized outside of Discover as a thought leader and participates in internal and external communities
~ Bachelors – Computer Science or related
~8+ Years – Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or related
~ Experience in Cloud Technologies, preferably AWS
Experience in building , deploying, and maintaining APIs, containerized applications/services, and IaaS
Experience with CI/CD pipelines with Jenkin , Git/GitHub , or Gitlab
Programming language experience in Python . Experience in more than o ne language (Java, C#, Node, etc.) and can pick up a new language quickly
Experience with OpenShift Container Platform
Experience with contract testing using Pact and/or setting up Pact Broker
Experience with Golang
Full stack web applications development experience using React,
