Your exciting tasks:


  • As Head of Operations, you will independently manage the agricultural operation and associated garden market in coordination with the regional management. This also includes the operational management of your assigned employees.
  • You will ensure smooth daily operations and lead the operation to a successful result.
  • You will also be the trusted contact person for our customers and maintain customer relationships with creativity and dedication.
  • With your convincing manner, you will attract new customers for our company and further expand our market position.
  • As Head of Operations, you will also support your team with daily tasks, such as selling our extensive product range and handling incoming and outgoing goods.
