Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing fashion retailer, is looking for personable and service-oriented
Retail Sales Associates to join us at our NEW location in Manhattan Beach


As a
Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a top-notch experience from start to finish while driving sales.

Our fun-loving and hardworking team has a passion for fashion and genuinely love engaging with our customers in an effort to build relationships.

They understand that it requires their full attention and effort to help guests feel great when they enter and leave our store.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service by warmly welcoming customers into the store, assisting customers with clothing selection, ensuring that fitting rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing out merchandise and returning it to the sales floor, processing transactions accurately and with a sense of urgency, and bagging items.
  • Maintain_ expertlevel product knowledge_ by familiarizing yourself with store inventory and soliciting product information from coworkers.
  • Communicate customer questions, concerns, and/or feedback to the team professionally and in an appropriate time frame.
  • Demonstrate a positive and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of teamwork, especially during fast paced peak hours/seasons.
  • Assist with restocking items and overall inventory management.
  • Provide a professional and friendly phone experience when answering store phone calls.
  • Accurately execute endofday settlements.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about fashion and a keen eye for styling.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, highly desired.
  • One year of fashion retail experience, preferred.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Open availability to work
    regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to work as a part of a team and collaborate effectively.

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to receive feedback from customers and remain calm under pressure.
  • Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty proactive rather than reactive mindset.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
