YOUR TASKS

Installation and configuration of devices, including network connection, in existing customer IT environments
Installation and configuration of common software products
Data and profile backup for users
Consultation and training for users on the respective system / new laptop / mobile phone
Troubleshooting and resolution
Problem tracking and ensuring service levels
Documentation creation and database maintenance

YOUR PROFILE

Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or similar, or are a career changer with several years of experience as an IT supporter
Good all-around IT knowledge, including configuration and administration of Microsoft
