Care-Gastronomy Clinics segment in
full-time - 40 hours/week | Typically 6:00 am - 2:30 pm | Flexible according to schedule | Including weekends and holidays (5-day week).
This is what you'll be responsible for:
- As an Operations Manager, you will lead your team and the kitchen staff in the clinic, take on budget responsibility, and regularly communicate with the client about all topics and requests related to the food service facility.
- You ensure that hot and cold meals are perfectly prepared and presented for patients, guests, and employees presentation is key.
- At the same time, you ensure flawless administration whether it's inventory management or financial accounting and ensure that internal quality standards are met.
