We are currently looking for a team leader (m/f/d) to join our company cafeteria in Riesa as soon as possible.

The position is for 35 to 40 hours per week, with your main working hours falling on weekdays in two shifts (no split shifts), from approximately 5:30 am to 5:30 pm.


Responsibilities:
Preparation of fresh dishes for breakfast and lunch (mainly traditional cuisine)

Being the main point of contact for customers

Supervising and guiding employees

Placing orders

Calculating costs and making purchases

Sales, cash register, and accounting

Potentially washing dishes and cleaning


Qualifications:
Ideally, a culinary education and/or experience as a cook in á la carte restaurants

Experience with cash registers is preferred

Leadership skills

Strong attention to quality

Knowledge of HACCP guidelines

Interest in a long-term employment opportunity
