What can you expect?

You will accompany or lead strategy and implementation projects on-site with the customer, support the project manager in managing (digital) transformation, strategy, and implementation projects
You will work together with the team to develop project and sales documents and prepare them
You will also conduct research on market and project-related topics
You demonstrate uncompromising commitment to the customer's goals, combined with strong solution and implementation orientation. Independent work, coupled with high motivation and high quality standards, is self-evident for you

What should you bring?

You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally in business administration, computer science, mathematics, or engineering, and have relevant industry and/or consulting experience in the insurance industry with a focus on digital transformation - from strategy to sales to operations - with a strong implementation orientation and extensive project experience
You have proven your technical and process-related know-how in personal and/or property insurance, ideally combined with IT topics
You have the necessary willingness to constantly face new challenges in a consulting environment
