We are looking for a Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

You will work in the heart of our hotel our firstclass reception and as part of the team, ensure that our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Your main tasks:
You contribute to the smooth operation of the reception and ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are fulfilled with the team.
You show patience and empathy and respond quickly to guest requests.
You take care of not only checkin and checkout, but everything in between.
