We are currently seeking a candidate for the following position in Van Meter, IA:


Responsibilities:

  • Fluent in both German and Polish
  • Personnel management, including hiring and managing employees
  • Planning and organizing work schedules for teams (route planning)
  • Monitoring work hours using GPS (Verizon Connect)
  • Conducting site visits to ensure quality control
  • Assisting with finding housing for employees (lodging)
  • Posting job advertisements in Polish
  • Providing support and guidance to Polish employees

Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
  • Team player
