Your Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the comprehensive support of our clients in the structured real estate financing business unit.
  • You represent Neoloan AG or the business unit at internal and external events.
  • You conduct a comprehensive business evaluation of proposed investment projects and develop individual financing solutions for clients.
  • You prepare financing requests using our platform neoshare.
  • You are responsible for acquiring and intensively supporting new clients, as well as building and expanding your personal network.
  • You ensure close collaboration with clients, involving our key accounts from neoshare banking, neoshare immo, and neoshare leasing.
  • You independently gather information on the real estate market in Germany and relevant asset classes.
  • You provide guidance and support to our junior consultants in the business unit.

Your Profile:


  • You have completed a degree in banking or a comparable qualification.
  • You have specific experience in the field of commercial real estate financing (developers, project developers, portfolio holders, funds, and syndicated financing).
  • You have an existing network with market participants in the commercial real estate business and other financial institutions, particularly in regards to syndicated financing.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a talent for entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • You act as a driver of change and motivator for your employees, with high commitment and creativity.
  • You have a strong sales orientation and risk awareness.
  • You have a high level of dedication, initiative, flexibility, and organizational skills.
