Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Specialist to be part of the semiconductor fabrication team. This role focuses on production support for critical materials used in infrared sensors within the Vision Systems organization. Vision Systems is a provider of leading sensing technology.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare production schedules and provide reporting for work in progress.
  • Assist with generating compliant manufacturing documentation and engage interdepartmentally with quality and purchasing functions for work in an ISO certified environment.
  • Regularly perform audits.
  • Participate in daily production meetings.
  • Monitor hardware flow.
  • Utilize multiple software platforms for documentation, report generation, audits, etc.
  • Extensive work within ISO compliance.
  • Constantly aware of available materials to ensure availability to customers.
  • Utilize multiple software's for various responsibilities including inventory, shipping, etc.

Required Experience and Abilities:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen as the position will require the ability to access U.S. only Data Systems.
  • Work experience obtained in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Microsoft office experience including word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Production and/or inventory management.

Additional Desired Experience:

  • Understanding of ISO 9100 requirements
  • Experience with automated parts tracking system.
  • Experience with generating manufacturing documentation.
