Duties:


Perform a comprehensive range of direct executive office support for the ADNI and D/ADNI for Mission Performance Analysis and Collection (MPAC), initiating, assisting, and managing a variety of complex office support functions involving contact with officials at the most senior levels of Government.


Review information from staff meetings and weekly reports to determine those that require action; develop, and maintain a system to generate reminders for completion deadlines.

Coordinate with administrative teams across the ODNI enterprise to ensure a seamless workflow across senior executives and senior managers.


Serve as primary liaison and facilitate effective communications between MPAC and other senior executives, management, and staff, both internal and external to ODNI.

Manage the MPAC workflow of issues by continuously adapting schedules based on accurate assessments of criticality, sensitivity, and confidentiality.


Resolve complex administrative problems by scheduling and when necessary, rescheduling planned meetings, identifying and evaluate, monitor, and facilitate the dissemination of sensitive information and documentation and alert MPAC leadership regarding issues that impact the office.


Prepare for and coordinate senior-level visits and high-level events and meetings, ensuring arrangements of security clearances, VIP parking, and building access.

Research and prepare background information on attendees, and plan and develop meeting agendas.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in the United States
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on an SBI with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI)
  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
  • A twoyear trial period is required for all new permanent appointments to the ODNI.

Qualifications:


  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of the ODNI, IC, Congress, and the overall national security apparatus, as well as ODNI or IC standards for correspondence, administrative regulations, policies, entitlements, allowances, and unique authorities.
  • Thorough organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities among multiple, timesensitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, including demonstrated ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources.
  • Thorough knowledge and skills in English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading, as well as oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of office management and administrative functions involving logistics, facilities, budget, finance, contracts, travel, security and HR procedures and systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of organizational protocol policies and procedures and of quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity and timeliness; extensive knowledge of filing and records management systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail; demonstrated ability to work effectively with ODNI's leaders in a highly active, fastpaced, and demanding organization.
  • Impeccable judgment and discretion in handling sensitive personnel information and administrative material on behalf of the MPAC Front Office.
  • Prior experience managing complex administrative tasks.
  • High school or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.

Salary Determination:


The ODNI uses a rank-in-person system in which rank is attached to GS employees on the basis of individual qualifications, experience, and performance.

Individuals whose current GS grade is equivalent to the grade of the advertised position will retain their current grade and step.

Individuals who transfer to the ODNI from a non-GS pay scale will have base pay converted to the appropriate GS grade and step as determined by the Director/ Human Resource Management.


Relocation Expenses:
For new ODNI employees, reimbursement for relocation is discretionary based on availability of funds.
