In January 2023, we will have an exciting internship opportunity available at our Hanover office in Cashton, WI for a duration of 3-6 months.

ABOUT THE POSITION:


  • Assist with national and international M&A projects for TUI Group
  • Participate in company valuations and due diligence reviews
  • Conduct business analyses and market research
  • Prepare professional presentations, business cases, and lectures on M&A topics
  • As an intern, you will have an active role in the M&A team and take on responsibilities based on your profile

ABOUT YOU:


  • Currently studying business administration or economics, preferably in the 3rd semester, with a focus in finance or controlling
  • Previous practical experience in M&A is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical skills and quick learner
  • Enthusiastic and able to work in a structured and creative manner
  • Independent, diligent, and reliable
  • Flexible, resilient, and a team player
