What you'll be doing:
- You will take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team of at least 30 people together with your supervisors.
- You always keep the requirements of our customers and specialized dealers in mind. You also don't lose sight of the needs of our B2C customers.
- You will manage and coordinate our external partners and service providers.
- Together with your team, you will ensure excellent customer service and compliance with our service level agreements.
- Continuous optimization and automation of processes and tasks are also part of your responsibilities.
- By expanding our service portfolios, you will create an outstanding service experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- As a true team player, you enjoy interacting with external partners and internal teams.
