For one of our renowned client companies, we are currently seeking several Chat/Email Agents (m/f/d) for the area of Social Media Customer Support in Zoar, OH.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer support via chat, email, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Database maintenance (followup and documentation)
  • Assistance with resolving technical issues
  • Consultation on payment options and methods
  • Tariff consultation
  • Processing of complaints

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in technical support is helpful but not mandatory
  • Interest in the social media sector and sports broadcasts
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Good English skills (preparatory training in English)
  • Fast typing speed, ideally touch typing
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Basic knowledge of streaming services, Windows and internet, iOS and Android
