As our new team member (m/f/d), you will design "dream castles" for our clients starting from in Barnum, MN. You place special emphasis on materials, shapes, and design, as well as feasibility. You present your design convincingly and your passion for planning is palpable.


What tasks await you:


  • Comprehensive needs analysis and basic research
  • Creative and independent implementation of customer requirements in an architectural design
  • Visualization of the project and presentation to clients
  • Adherence to deadlines and cost understanding

Your career: Advancement to specialist planner and, if desired, project manager


What you bring:

Experience and knowledge: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in design and possibly competitions, specifically in residential construction. You are creative, but also keep an eye on building regulations. Good knowledge of German building law, HOAI, and VOB is a prerequisite.

Degree: As a Diplom-Ingenieur or B.Sc./M.Sc. in architecture, you have already worked in a relevant field in Germany and have a minimum C1 level of German proficiency.

IT: You are proficient in Nemetschek Allplan or Revit, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and MS Office. You have advanced knowledge of digital 2D and 3D representation.
