The iba | International Vocational Academy of the F+U Group gGmbH is Germany's largest state-recognized vocational academy offering dual bachelor's degree programs at 13 locations in Berlin, Bochum, Darmstadt, Erfurt, Hamburg, Heidelberg, Kassel, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Münster, and Nuremberg.


For our
Leipzig location, we are looking for freelance lecturers (m/f/d)
for the module Business Psychology
starting in the upcoming winter semester 2023**.


Course content:


  • Teaching the relevance of basic psychological concepts for business actions, including:
  • Basic terms: Psychology and Business Psychology
  • Market
- and Advertising Psychology (consumer motives, psychological market research, neuromarketing, advertising)

  • Work
- and Organizational Psychology (job and task analysis, occupational aptitude testing, stress and strain, resilience)

  • Psychology of macroeconomic processes (psychology of money)
  • Relevance of Business Psychology for the success of companies

Teaching format:


  • Inperson teaching on
    Thursdays or
    Fridays:
  • A total of 60 teaching units with two identical groups (2 x 30 units / 1 unit = 45 minutes)

Requirements for teaching at iba:

The minimum requirements for teaching at iba Leipzig for these modules are a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, as well as teaching experience with groups
