SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, up to 29 hours/week between the hours of 7 AM-3:30 PM. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected.

Responsible for leaf pickup, snow removal, custodial duties, mowing, trimming, trash removal, setup for events, hauling tables, and cleaning restrooms.

NON-ESSENTIAL/MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or combination of education and experience required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Working knowledge of City or County government a plus.
Maintenance and custodial experience a must.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, REGISTRATION:
Valid Driver's license required.

EQUIPMENT:
Pickup Truck, Snow Blower, Mower, Trimmers, Custodial tools, and miscellaneous hand tools

The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet and moderately loud in the field. The employee is frequently exposed to cold, wet, and humid conditions. Smoke free environment.
