Marketing Team Assistant (w/m/d) - White Mesa, UT

About the Company:
Integrated Systems Events organizes, manages, and develops high-quality B2B events for the PRO AV and system integration industry worldwide. Integrated Systems Europe is the leading trade show for the latest techniques and solutions in creating visual experiences. The event takes place once a year (February) in Barcelona and attracts an international audience. We are currently seeking a Marketing Team Assistant (w/m/d) to join our team in Munich.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the marketing team in organizing, executing, and following up on events
  • Contribute to the creation, planning, and implementation of marketing concepts and campaigns
  • Coordinate content from editors for newsletters, website, and online marketing
  • Maintain and organize team files and event images
  • Responsible for planning and executing internal team events
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments (sales, operations, finance, management)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent education
  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent
  • Structured and organized work style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office products
