- Monitors and enhances operational performance, analyzes reports, and takes corrective action when needed.
- Develops and implements store merchandising strategies and promotional programs.
- Stays updated on industry trends, benchmarks practices with other retailers, and reviews merchandise stock structure.
- Coordinates with buyers to ensure merchandise meets store standards and objectives.
- Utilizes vendor assets effectively and manages replenishment methods.
- Organizes product knowledge and job skills training for staff.
- Supervises personnel, evaluates performance, and collaborates with management staff.
- Maintains business relationships and liaises with merchandising and operating staff.
- Performs other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities
Requires 5 years of experience including:
General Experience: Three years of relevant experience with skill in merchandising, sales, or inventory practices, and ability to exercise judgment in work relationships.
Or Substitution of Education for Experience: One year of academic study above high school can substitute for 9 months of experience.
And Specialized Experience: Two years of progressive retail merchandising experience with supervisory responsibilities and knowledge of security and safety regulations.
