"Hello, good afternoon, we have a 5-month-old beagle in Miles, TX. He is a super intelligent dog, sociable with people and other dogs. He loves playing with other dogs, running on the beach, and going on mountain hikes, but he doesn't want to go for walks in the neighborhood. When we take him out, he just lays down and it's even hard to get him out of the yard. He only walks if he sees another dog or if we go with a group of people. We are quite confused because he is not afraid of people, cars, or other animals.
