We are looking for:

We are currently seeking a
Controller (m/f/d) **in full-time for our location in Hamburg-Stapelfeld.


Your responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for regular reporting of performance indicators to management
  • You analyze key figures using PowerBI and identify deviations from targets
  • You maintain regular communication with colleagues in various departments and understand the reasons behind the numbers
  • You independently develop recommendations for management
  • You are responsible for planning and forecasting for the respective companies, especially for revenue, contribution margin, and other P&L items
  • You contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • You conduct special evaluations and costbenefit analyses

Qualifications and experience required:


  • A successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in controlling
  • Excellent understanding of business administration and the ability to present complex relationships
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • High level of independence, assertiveness, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with PowerBI are desirable
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, are required
