Duties

  • Manages the daily operations and staff of the Accounts Payable department to ensure timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices
  • Manage the information flow from Concur for invoice entry and payment selection
  • Coordinate with the CFO on payable scheduling and cash management
  • Maintain uptodate vendor reconciliations
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
  • Coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed data for the annual external audit
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Concur or similar automated payable system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience in Syteline ERP System highly preferred.
  • Experience with JobBoss preferred

Experience Required:


  • 5 years or more of related experience required including 2 years with $100 million + sized business
  • Accounting/Finance degree preferred
  • Staff management experience required
