A/P Manager

_ On-Site Location:
_ CMI Group, 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ This is an in-person, on-site position)

Requirement:
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR

Industry:
Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

Duties

Manages the daily operations and staff of the Accounts Payable department to ensure timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices
Manage the information flow from Concur for invoice entry and payment selection
Coordinate with the CFO on payable scheduling and cash management
Maintain uptodate vendor reconciliations
Manage vendor relationships
Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
Coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed data for the annual external audit
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Concur or similar automated payable system
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Experience in Syteline ERP System highly preferred.
Experience with JobBoss preferred

Experience Required:

5 years or more of related experience required including 2 years with $100 million + sized business
Accounting/Finance degree preferred
Staff management experience required
