The ASOG facility "Panorama Süd" in Berlin-Lichterfelde offers accommodation for 59 residents. The goal is to give residents self-responsibility and independence, and to encourage self-initiative. This includes accepting their current homelessness and actively taking steps to overcome it.

We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time caretaker (m/f/d) for our ASOG facility "Panorama Süd" at the earliest possible date.

Job description

  • Regular monitoring of building technology (electrical, ventilation, plumbing, heating, and drainage)
  • Conducting repairs, painting, and renovation work, as well as assembly and installation work, and possibly maintenance work (including documentation)
  • Independent troubleshooting of technical systems within assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the residential complex and on the green spaces
  • Assisting with moveins and moveouts: ensuring rooms are ready for occupancy
  • Monitoring inventory levels and organizing necessary replacements
Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field
  • Strong technical understanding and manual skills
  • Knowledge of building technology (electrical, heating, and plumbing)
  • Independent, creative, and reliable work ethic
