We are currently seeking an
Area Manager (m/w/d) to join our Operations team at Mount Carmel. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date.

Mount Carmel is a specialist in the repair and installation of vehicle glass. Our company employs over 2,100 employees in Germany, including over 1,600 trained Mount Carmel technicians.

Our headquarters in Cologne has a team of approximately 250 employees, and we have around 170 employees working in our Customer Contact Center (Call Center).

We handle approximately 1.2 million customer contacts per year and assist drivers throughout Germany, either at one of our 345 service centers or on the road with our fleet of over 240 mobile units.
