The
Service Center for Rural Development and Agricultural Promotion (SLA) is the central technical department of the Lower Saxony agricultural administration and provides IT services for the offices of regional land development and the offices of the Chamber of Agriculture.

In Department A - Information Technology - no day is like any other. We are responsible for the central IT environment, hotlines, and technical support for users.

There are always new challenges, with plenty of room for your own ideas and the opportunity to take on responsibility.

To support our team, we are offering a dual study program in Business Informatics (B.Sc.) with a focus on Cyber Security, starting on August 1, 2023.


Dual Study Program at SLA:


  • The dual study program consists of alternating theory and practical blocks at SLA and HSW Hameln.
  • The elective subject "Information Security" is intended to be taken.

Your Qualifications:


  • At least a high school diploma with an average grade of 2.9 or additional practical experience.
  • Good grades in mathematics, German, English, and physics.
  • You are open to the rapidly developing world of IT.
  • Good analytical thinking and teamwork skills are required.
