Junior Recruiter to join our dedicated customer and Helpper care team in Malmo, NE.

What you should bring with you:

  • Fluent German language skills, as a significant portion of our helppers and customers speak German.
  • Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g., Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom).

Considered a plus, but not required:

  • Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
  • Basic English language skills, as English is our internal company language.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, growing company.
