Description
Your responsibilities as a clerk (m/f/d) in Villingen-Schwenningen at Ridgeway include: * Database-supported order processing (writing and sending offers, order confirmations and invoices) * Support of the accounting department in various topics (annual financial statements, balance sheet) * Support in customer service (updating and maintaining the customer database, preparing surveys, etc.)
* Correspondence with suppliers * Office management (rotating telephone switchboard, mail processing, ordering for the material warehouse, document filing)Type of employment:
Full-time (or part-time by arrangement), permanent Working hours: hours per week or by arrangement YOUR PROFILE * You have completed commercial training or have professional experience in the commercial sector * You have a friendly and service-oriented demeanor and good articulation skills * You work independently, reliably and have a structured way of working * You have good knowledge of MS Office and are familiar with common office procedures * You have good German language skills and ideally also English language skills
