Your tasks:

- organization and optimization of processes within the plant operation while adhering to all legal and occupational safety regulations
- taking on tasks from daily business operations
- handling and taking responsibility for projects in waste disposal and recycling
- contributing with your own ideas to solve complex challenges and motivating the team to explore new paths
- monitoring deadlines, controlling performance, monitoring progress and reporting to the client
- coordinating and organizing waste disposal for a well-known major customer
- personnel responsibility for approximately 10 employees


Your profile:

- you have successfully completed a commercial or technical education or can demonstrate a comparable qualification
