Customer Service Representative in Stanley, VA

About You:
We are looking for a friendly and highly motivated individual who enjoys speaking with customers and is organized and independent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently introduce and present our company and products to potential new customers (in the industry, B2B)
- Identify customer needs and potential
- Schedule appointments with potential new customers
- Send and create informational materials
- Plan and coordinate appointments for our sales team (new and existing customers)
- Conduct independent research to find new contacts and decisionmakers
- Create documentation and reports
- Maintain customer data and document conversations in our CRM system
- Support the sales team with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer contact (call center, sales, etc.)
- Enjoy talking on the phone
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Strong assertiveness and persuasion skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Good computer skills, specifically in MS Office and CRM systems
