Customer Service Representative in Stanley, VA

We are looking for a friendly and highly motivated individual who enjoys speaking with customers and is organized and independent.

You must be 100% customer-oriented.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently introduce and present our company and products to potential new customers (in the industry, B2B)
  • Identify customer needs and potential
  • Schedule appointments with potential new customers
  • Send and create informational materials
  • Plan and coordinate appointments for our sales team (new and existing customers)
  • Conduct independent research to find new contacts and decisionmakers
  • Create documentation and reports
  • Maintain customer data and document conversations in our CRM system
  • Support the sales team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer contact (call center, sales, etc.)
  • Enjoy talking on the phone
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Strong assertiveness and persuasion skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good computer skills, specifically in MS Office and CRM systems
