Your responsibilities:

Telephone contact with field sales, consignment warehouses, and customers
Solutionoriented handling and coordination of complaints
Development of error detection measures
Research in SAP R/
Maintenance of Excelbased data for the DACH region
Contract management
Documentation of inquiries in the database

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed commercial training
Professional experience in customer care
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
Proficient in MS Office
Ideally, knowledge of SAP R/
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with product knowledge, processes, organizations, tools, and systems
