D. and A. Pflegedienstleistungen - Ambulanter Dienst GmbH has been headquartered in Neumünster since 2019. In October 2021, another branch was added in Büdelsdorf. A close-knit team covers a wide range of services in basic care, household support, treatment care, and respite care.

We are currently looking for a nursing service manager (m/f/d) for our branch in Neumünster.

Your tasks:

  • Managing and organizing the nursing service at the Neumünster branch
  • Personnel planning and coordination, as well as determining personnel needs in collaboration with management/nursing service management
  • Supporting personnel management, shaping and implementing interdisciplinary processes in the nursing field
  • Participating in the selection, hiring, evaluation, and development of employees
  • Personnel deployment planning/tour planning
  • Monitoring and approving schedules in coordination with management/nursing service management
  • Ensuring compliance with quality requirements and nursing standards
  • Supporting the management of content and organizational workflows, as well as participating in the development of quality management and implementing corresponding measures
  • Preparing and conducting employee meetings, as well as participating in employee discussions
