- Actively configure and update the firm's CRM
- Event Management: Collaborate with team members on event planning and execution
- Organization including maintaining group schedules, coordinate calls and events, help track finance deliverables and keep track of key dates on calendar, materials for board meetings, items for audits, tax filings, etc.
- Presentations and Reports: maintain library of reports and analysis and take requests for data
- Work expertly in Google Suite & Excel Spreadsheets, creating charts and graphics to input in reports and analyses.
- Office Management: run the day to day of the office, meet and greet guests, conference room coordination, set up and break down for meetings, liaise with building management, order and stock supplies, organize company files

- Personal work as needed for Executive and firm
- HR: legal templates for new hires, on boarding new hires, implement training guide, and liaise with vendors for recruiting needs

The company is rapidly growing, and the C-Suite needs a highly skilled and hungry candidate to manage the office, support their HNW clients, analysts, implement HR, be heavily involved in S&O, project management and much more.
This is a great opportunity for an incredibly smart and savvy candidate seeking a project heavy role The successful candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Excel, have extreme attention to detail, capable of learning new technologies quickly, be extremely discreet, confidential and will be excited about joining a growing company at the right time This is a hybrid role working in the office 2-4 days/week and WFH 1-3 days/week, daily hours are 8:30/9:00am-5:00pm and overtime is required based on the needs of the day.
