Description
We are looking for a full-time nursing director (m/f/d) to strengthen our DRK nursing home in Husum.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and organizing care in the living area
- Treatment, advice, and support in accordance with the nursing philosophy and concept
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of work processes
- Implementation and further development of nursing quality management
- Contact person for clients, family members, and employees
Your profile
- State-recognized geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or health and pediatric nurse, or a degree in nursing management or further training as a responsible nursing specialist according to SGB XI
- Professional experience as a nursing director
- Experience in dealing with residents with dementia is desirable
- Work in shift system
- Flexibility and independent work style
- Strong computer skills
- Additional qualification: management of a nursing unit
