What you will do:

  • You will independently manage your projects with the support of the team and according to agreed processes, actively taking measures to achieve goals and ensure quality, timeline, and budget compliance.
  • You will ensure that customers understand, successfully implement, and use our software through close dialogue, and build sustainable trust in our solutions and us as a partner.
  • You will impress our customers by providing tailored support throughout the implementation process and advising them in the spirit of customer success.
  • You will transparently report on the current status, including challenges and proposed solutions.
  • You will proactively communicate with your superiors, other departments, and delegate tasks effectively within your team.
  • You will confidently and effectively communicate in German and English.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable qualifications with a high affinity for software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, affinity and ability to remember numbers, data, and facts, structured work approach, and excellent German and English skills.
  • Perseverance and self-motivation to achieve success, combined with the ability to present complex issues in a target group-oriented and professional manner.
